VetFest 2013 Winter Blast

Despite heavy snowfall and freezing temperature, the show must go on...and it did. The opening act had to cancel, due to an auto accident, but luckily guitarist Lemon James stepped in at the last minute and opened the show with her rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner. Her new CD comes out in the spring. Check it out...

Many thanks to Lemon and all of the acts for donating their time and talents to our cause. Vince Smith, Bruno, Gail Engling and her sweet voice doing double duty as a solo act and with Sweet Crystal. Sweet Crystal has always supported us and we appreciate that. The crowd had fun with the bawdy tunes of Carl Bagnell, and father and son team Under the Sun brought us home. Many, many thanks to all of these people, and to Tony Cappola for donating the sound system. And of course I can't forget to thank Russ Barnett for all of the time and effort he puts in to making these events happen. God bless all of you...

Thanks to the owners and staff of Timber Wolf Tavern for first allowing us into your establishment, and then making us feel right at home. The food and service was top notch.

Last, but certainly not least, thanks to the patrons who braved the weather and came out to enjoy a night of music, good food and drinks. We appreciate the support.
